We want your NutsAndCrafts order to reach you fresh, on time, and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we pack and deliver.
Delivery Options & Timelines
* Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding national public holidays. Overnight delivery is available to select Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities only.
Free Shipping Threshold
Free Standard Delivery above a minimum order value
Delivery is charged by where the order is going, so the threshold depends on your delivery zone; the current amount is shown in the bar at the top of the site, and checkout shows exactly what your order pays before you place it. It applies to your subtotal after any coupon discount, before GST, and to Standard Delivery only.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed at our facility in Pampore, Jammu & Kashmir. Processing time is as follows:
- Orders placed before 2 PM IST: dispatched the same day (Monday–Saturday)
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST: dispatched the next business day
- Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday: dispatched the next business day
The delivery timeline begins from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details via email and SMS.
How We Pack Your Order
All products are vacuum-sealed at source before being dispatched from our warehouse. We take additional care with:
- Saffron: Sealed in food-grade glass vials, then wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a rigid cardboard box to prevent crushing.
- Shilajit: Glass jar sealed with tamper-evident foil, then double-bubble wrapped.
- Honey: Glass bottles sealed with lids and foam padding. Outer carton is reinforced.
- Gift boxes: Outer kraft box is placed inside a corrugated mailer box with void fill to prevent movement.
- All orders: Packed in tamper-evident outer packaging with an NutsAndCrafts seal strip.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 29,000+ serviceable pincodes across India via our courier partners. A small number of extremely remote pincodes may take an additional 2–3 days beyond the standard timeline.
If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout before payment. We recommend checking your pincode on the cart page if you're in a remote area.

Special Notes for Specific Products
Saffron
Due to its high value-to-weight ratio, saffron orders above ₹1,500 are dispatched with Signature Confirmation — the carrier will call before delivery and will not leave the parcel without a signature.
Shilajit Resin
Shilajit is temperature-sensitive. Orders placed during May–September may be routed through temperature-controlled logistics at no extra cost.
Honey
Glass honey jars are packed with extra cushioning. In the rare event of breakage in transit, we'll reship without requiring you to return the broken jar.
Gift Boxes
Gift boxes are dispatched with a 'Fragile' label and handled with priority. If you're gifting directly to a recipient, we can include a personalised card at no charge — add a note at checkout.
